PTR HARTMANN develops, manufactures and distributes PCB switches such as rotary code switches, pushbuttons, ingenious switches, slide switches and on/off switches in a variety of standard and customized designs. Automatic function control is integrated into our automated production process with fully and semi-automatic machines.
Thumb Wheel Switches
The switchable, solderable rotary switches of the DH... series have a small overall width of 3.3 mm to 6.0 mm and are particularly suitable for installation in narrow DIN rail housings. With the optional scroll wheel, addresses or device parameters can be set easily and without tools in bus and radio applications.
Rotary Code Switches
Rotary code switches from PTR HARTMANN offer the latest technology for industrial applications. Durable terminal pins with clean tin surface ensure trouble-free mounting and secure connections with all common soldering materials. Low and durable contact resistance due to wear-resistant hard gold coating of the contacts. The switches with 3 3 and 4 1 connection technology are available with different operating elements.
Micro Switches
Microswitches, also called snap-action switches, are available in designs A, B and D according to DIN41635. Microswitches are mainly used as limit switches. Snap-action switches are available as normally closed, normally open and toggle switches with different actuating forces and switching options.
LED Elements
LED elements and fiber optics for front panel mounting in compliance with the relevant standards for industrial electronics DIN 41949. Display elements are available for THT or SMD mounting in other versions among each other with 3.0 or 5.0 mm LEDs. Light guides are available as front panel components with different mounting options. Special designs are also possible.
