The introduction of the new CONNEXIS series of crimp-based wire-to-board connectors has optimized automated production. This ensures fast and, above all, precise connections.
The product range includes connectors and base strips in horizontal or vertical configurations as well as panel feed-throughs. These can be used for both device connections and flying leads. The crimp contacts are available for conductors with AWG 28 to AWG 14. The connectors in the D21, D31 and D32 portfolio have pitch dimensions of 2.5 mm, 3.81 mm and 5.08 mm, respectively, making them suitable for various signal and low-voltage supplies.
To avoid mating errors, Phoenix Contact offers these connectors and base strips coded. In addition to X and Y coding, Z coding is also available. Optical marking of the connectors is also possible. Customers have the option of choosing from a variety of individual imprints.
