Conec's flexible distribution systems, which are available in different cable lengths and configurable cable ends, make it possible to design systems that are more compact and thus save space. Signals and power are distributed to two additional connectors and are therefore especially popular in so-called "daisy chain" applications. Here, several components are connected in series by means of a BUS system and controlled by only one source.
Currently, the versions with double output are offered with a PUR cable in various lengths and a strand cross-section of 0.75mm². The DT version is already available in 2-pin, 4-pin and 6-pin versions, the Superseal versions in 2-pin, 3-pin and 4-pin versions.
Further versions are already being planned. In addition, Conec reacts as usual flexibly and professionally to customer requests and implements customer-specific requirements without delay.
End cap for unused connectors
The versions with double cable outlet are supplemented by an end cap, which realizes a protection class of IP67 / IP69K for unused connectors of the application and protects them against contamination. It is optionally possible to integrate resistors and shorting bridges in the cap, for example to realize a terminating connector for a CAN bus system. A hole on the cap offers the possibility to integrate a fixing tape and to make the termination cap captive.
